Mrs. PUJA MOHAN is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Commerce Graduate from University of Calcutta. She has also qualified Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She has been selected to appoint as Probationary Officer by UCO Bank in the year 2012.
She is the lecturer of Tax Laws (Direct & Indirect Taxation both), Securities Laws & Capital Markets, Corporate Restructuring and various Corporate Laws Papers of Company Secretaryship and other Professional courses. She has a teaching and industry experience of more than 15 years. She shares her experience with well reputed Listed Companies and CS firms for resolving and advising on various secretarial issues. She is the author of many books including Tax Laws, Advanced Tax Laws, Securities Laws & Capital Markets, Corporate Restructure Valuation & Insolvency and many more.
Mr. KUMAR CHANDRA MOHAN is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi. He has also qualified Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has completed various Certification Course conducted by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
He is the lecturer of Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Company Law, Advance Company Law and various other Corporate Laws Papers of Company Secretaryship and other Professional courses. He has a teaching and industry experience of more than 15 years. He is also a Consultant for Corporate Laws and Secretarial Matters to number of Listed Companies. He is the author of many books including Company Law, Advance Company Law, Corporate & Management Accounting and many more.
